I mean Fury, sure but only as far as it concerns SHIELD and their budget/what they can do but he wouldn't really care who won what as long as whoever won let him do his work.
Cap I can see being interested and even going to elections and being a good citizen etc. But I'd rather see him a Democrat, he's way to progressive to be a Republican.
Tony... well again he wouldn't really care as long as it was good for his firm, on the other hand he's become very socially aware after what happened to him and I'm pretty sure he's against war etc. so probably Democrat as well.
Thor is from another planet, Banner doesn't like any government but I think he'd likely prefer democrats.
Clint, Natasha and Coulson I can't see caring either because they know how it all really works behind the curtain.
