Feeling bad about the Aorora happenings is normal and human. But try not to work yourself into hysterics over it. It is very possible to put things in a positive feedback loop, where you mull over and ramp up your negative emotions every time you think of the tragedy. But there really is absolutely no good for anyone if you go deliberately traumatizing yourself over it. That's not good for your mental health nor respectful for the victims.
