Originally I hated genderbending. But it's growing on me. I take these guys I like, add female parts but keep everything else identical - down to how they walk and talk

tl;dr i would like f!stark, f!thor, f!loki and f!steve in my bed now.

back when I was more into HP I loved reading genderbending Marauders fic. Didn't matter which one of them it happened to, if it was done for humor or drama or sex, I just enjoyed it. No idea why.

oh my god i wish i could find genderbent!marauders. in general i want to read lots and lots of genderbent potter fic.

oh god I had like 4 fics bookmarked on my old computer in which either Remus or Sirius got turned into a girl through some magical mishap (and then they had sex, obvs) (and then whichever one it was turned back and was all sad thinking the sex would not continue BUT IT TOTALLY DID BECAUSE THEY WERE IN LOVE AND HAPPY ENDING YAY)

I loved them so much. Then that computer died and I haven't been able to find them again. :'(

There's been a fair bit of female Jeff Moreau (from Mass Effect) on my Tumblr dash lately, and I fall further in love every time I see a new take on her. I have cosplay plans. It'll be awesome.

I really like the idea of genderbending, but there are so few fics out there that get it right.

I'd really love to see a girl!Harry story that is actually well done. Bonus points for her still being paired with Ginny (and I don't even ship).

A friend of mine made Kowalski a FtM in their all-human AU for the Penguins of Madagascar and I was all ohyesss.

Keep Running Up That Hill sold me on girl!Luffy. Though, not going to lie, I just keep re-reading the last two chapters over and over and over...

I thought I'd be okay with Female!Harry but it feels... wrong somehow. I thought I would like it but I've either not found any good reads or it's not handled right, for me at least. They mostly seem like OFC with an everlasting period who took the place of Harry. O.o

And the name Harriet does nothing for me.

Female!Usopp. Oda's doodle for her was so pretty and seemed to fit so well compared to the other characters that I can't get the idea of him always being female out of my head. Plus I love the thought of a main female character being so goofy and ungraceful with unconventional features, but still a badass sharpshooter, it's really rare.

I'll read pretty much any genderbending in my fandoms that's done for the sake of femmeslash (because there is nowhere near enough femmeslash in fandom). I get all kind of pissed off when people bend a queer couple (esp. a canonical one) to make them straight though.
