Female!Usopp. Oda's doodle for her was so pretty and seemed to fit so well compared to the other characters that I can't get the idea of him always being female out of my head. Plus I love the thought of a main female character being so goofy and ungraceful with unconventional features, but still a badass sharpshooter, it's really rare.
