You'll drive yourself crazy thinking about that stuff. I know because I've been there. Coincidentally it was also when sex was fairly new to me and I was in a serious relationship with a partner that had slept with more people than me. Everyone's got a past before they met you and you've got a past before meeting him. It's best not to think about it if that kind of stuff bothers you. Just know that his past (as well as yours) have shaped you to be the person you are today and that it helps you to be a better partner by learning from past mistakes.
