For myself, I have to be in a mood, a kind of "I need to watch people fuck" kind of a mood. So I'll go somewhere online that ends with "-tube", select a favorite kink or whatever and watch some. Generally I slide down on the couch and stick my hand down my pants, sort of getting the lay of the land, rubbing over my clit, etc. The stimulation along with the visuals are enough to get me where I need to be in about fifteen or twenty minutes. Depending on my hurry, I'll either keep varying pressure on my clit until the inevitable end, or I'll back off a few times, rubbing gently to keep myself on edge, and then harder, softer. If I do it right, which I don't every time, the orgasm is VERRA, VERRA GOOD once I get there. If I go too long like that, the orgasm is...er...*cough*...anti-climatic, so there's a fine line.

I never really need a vibrator, my fingers seem to do the trick, but I do have one for those times when I want two orgasms in one day. I'll use my fingers first, wait a couple of hours and then use the vibrator for a second, somewhat less pleasurable orgasm. But the muscle spasms are still awesome.
