just the idea that a group of assassins' secret identities are florists makes me want to at least watch a few episodes of this. and if i can round up a few friends and make a saturday night out of it, so much the better! what sort of things do you look for in the Weiss Kreuz Drinking Game?

Florists with a constant herd of fangirls, no less. Comedy gold. And aaaaaaaaaaaangst. Oh, they drip with bishonen angst.

There used to be a lot of good variations online, but it seems most of them might have died with Geocities, which is utterly tragical. After the first episode or so, you can probably all but write your own. XD The anime is basically one big cliche, so it's not hard, but... hm...

Things like any time Aya (he's the red-head with the katana) screams any variation of "DIE!!!" or someone's name. Or whenever Omi (he's the shortest one) either acts like he's never seen a girl before or wears something that makes it seem like he wants to BE a girl.

Or when anybody or anything breaks that laws of physics. Or when the animators forget what their own drawings are supposed to look like. Just... be careful not to get alcohol poisoning from that one.


If you're actually gonna watch it, though, I must recommend also watching the English dub blooper reels. They're split up by episode numbers, so you can avoid spoilers if that matters to you. They're hilarious, though. The poor English voice actors obviously didn't know what they were getting into. XD

Any time Yohji wears a belly shirt.

The Orange Sweater makes its appearance.

Omi dresses like a preteen girl trying to be jailbait. Not even joking. A friend and I came to the conclusion that he's trying to lure Yohji into his high school arms.

The art and/or animation inexplicably is suddenly terrible.

One of the main four is seemingly overly interested in or annoyed that anyone else is getting laid or has a girlfriend.

Takatori (I think? The big bad) looks like a koala.

Mysterious Tragic Past (usually involving a lady). Drink twice if it's a Flashback in the Rain.

Identity/psychological crisis. Drink twice if it's Omi.

The weapons do something that is either stupid as hell in terms of effectiveness or breaks the laws of physics.

Every time Farfarello licks something.
