It's actually not *that* unbelievable that something from years ago would still be getting seen. I know I've read stuff from years ago [in, yes, inactive fandoms] because I'd just discovered the show and what-not, and I know I'm not the only one who does that.

So I don't think it's completely out of the question that a sjw may have stumbled on the OP's fic, took offense to something [regardless of it was really problematic or not], and posted the link somewhere because of that. Lord knows weirder things have happened.
