Somehow, for me, the random-butt-of-jokes thing is funny without being mean-spirited or disrespectful, and this is coming from someone who considers Tony at least one of her favorite characters. I think it's the fact that he's sort of the team's manager that kind of makes the butt-monkey treatment cute. Especially when everyone else keeps casually destroying his shit and he just groans over it in exasperation: "Why would you do that??!! The doors open automatically!"
