Any way you could maybe get better allergy medication?

A friend of mine has problems with her sinuses always being closed, she's now taking some medication that you actually aren't supposed to take long term but neither her nor her boss (both allergic to hay and working with animals ^^") had any problems. It's the only thing that opens her sinuses.

I have to ask her how it's called but it's already late her so I'll have to ask her tomorrow =/

Also did you ever try putting some ethereal oils and/or camomille and salt into boiling/hot water and then putting a towel over your head and inhaling the stuff? It used to help me when I was having sinus troubles.

I take a combo of allegra and claritin and it has helped immensely. When things are really horrible I add 12 hour mucinex in there. It's cut down on my doctor visits like whoa.

Oh yeah, I also got inexpensive HEPA filters and put them everywhere. If you do this, beware of the ozone setting because ozone is a pollutant that can cause lung irritation.
