It's not embarrassing at all, I fucking LOVE THEM and what seems like their RL domestic bliss is pretty much the only thing that has ever made me think marriage would be something I'd want to do. Not even my parents and their 35 years together made me want that. /doing it wrong

I get that you find it annoying -I get kind of peeved about it, but that's just because I'm not really into shipping- but at the same time, it makes me wonder what rock you've been hiding under?? I don't think that "writing sentiment and romantic subtext" or "pointing out all of these 'moments' that don't really exist" is something exclusive to the Sherlock fandom. Actually, I'm pretty darn sure it's something you see in most fandoms.
