He just films watson sleeping.

Even when Watson is at some hotel or something, nearly every night, without fail, Sherlock breaks in, and films. And watches, breathing heavily but covering his mouth so not to wake the man.

Oh yes. He doesn't hide that. When watson isn't sleeping... he likes him to hear it. He NEEDS him to hear it.

It's "every damn move he makes" not "movie." But yeah, I read it as "movie" too. Made me wonder if the OP meant Cumberbatch's movies and why John/Sherlock shippers were reading sentiment into those.
