Re: childhood things you've still kept
(Anonymous) 2012-08-04 10:30 pm (UTC)(link)-my beloved blanket
-my super awesome toy figurines (one was a pink and blue dragon that came in a castle toy set and it was awesome)
-my barbies
-my books
-a lot of stuff basically
and then, after giving it all the things I could bear away, my parents decided that they would be shipping stuff over and we had space left over and oh ho ho wait, what is that, anon? ...oh right we told you to get rid of all the stuff you could, didn't we, well, whoops
>:(
my family is kinds hoardish and I have so much stuff I don't know how to get rid of because IT MIGHT BE USEFUL ONE DAY WHAT IF I REGRET THROWING IT AWAY.
I have regretted throwing some stuff away, but I want to have less things and oh god what is this first world problems orz
Re: childhood things you've still kept
Oh God yeah I get the "Oh I could use that broken toy one day. I'm sure it will be the key to saving the world."-mentality. It's actually kinda ridiculous xD
