Re: The Last Unicorn/The Last Unicorn Sequel

I've read both! The Last Unicorn is one of my favorite books, I loved the movie when I was a kid and then in high school I read the book after having a sudden random urge to read the books that were the basis for movies I'd watched as kid (which ended up being a great thing because along with The Last Unicorn, Watership Down and The Neverending Story also became two of my favorites). I didn't even know about the sequel until I checked out a book of Peter S. Beagle's short stories at the library and found it, I was happily surprised.

Have you read this as well? It's another one I found in a library book of Beagle's short stories, a pre-Last Unicorn Shmendrick story.
