In my case the orgasms I have with partners are more powerful than the ones I have alone, and in any case it's nice to overreact a little, tell them it was good, thank them etc. It's not at all awkward. But a lot of the time they'll know it from your body or voice. Also, I get really sensitive after I come so I have to move my partner away from me for a bit.
