I'm a member, and I think it's awesome. :3 Because of the rigorous app process, most of the characters who get in are IC. least that's my opinion.

Sounds like a spin off of the basic idea behind Silent Hill (at least what I got from the movie; I don't play the games). I would tend to agree with the poster on the "squickiness" though, since I hate the horror genre and anything involving gratuitous gore/violence (big wuss here, haha). But yeah like you said, if someone doesn't like it, they shouldn't join it. I'm sure you guys have fun if those sorts of things are relevant to your interests. Me...I don't even RP, but I'm bored and working on homework is not as fun as making LJ posts. :3
