The most interesting cocktail you've ever invented/drank?
I don't usually drink a lot of liquor or mixed drinks, but I really like a gin and tonic with some bitters splashed in. My husband introduced me to amaretto in sweet iced tea (orange pekoe), and while that sounds weird and gross, it is seriously yum.

I don't think I can even imagine what jasmine would taste like. LOL It sounds great though.

When I studied in Spain, we drank Malibu and pineapple juice all the live long night. Those other additions could only make it better!

Raspberry concentrate/mango juice/blueberry juice and corona beer,
Ginger steeped beer with peach-mint concentrate,
and a variation of

are her three favorites but the fail proof way is to make my lemon iced tea and just dump vodka in. She always like that.

I think the ginger beer with peach mint sounds pretty durn good.
My parents are teetotalers basically but last time she was here, I gave my mom some Bailey's and it made her adorbs.

I do keep some Kraken rum around for the occasional rum & coke, and I like Creme de Menthe mixed with orange juice. But that's the extent of my mixed drink experience.
Re: The most interesting cocktail you've ever invented/drank?
I do not like darker beers at all. My husband loves Samuel Smith's Nut Brown Ale, and we both love New Glarus's Stone Soup pale ale that when a friend of ours was going to Wisconsin, we gave him a hundred dollars and orders to bring back as much beer as he could with that.
Creme de menthe with orange juice sounds like the perfect brunch drink.
Re: The most interesting cocktail you've ever invented/drank?
That said, I DO like Harpoon's Chocolate Stout. Chocolate Stouts are pretty much the only dark beer I'll try.

I'm pretty sleep deprived right now, but I just have to mention that Waco Libre is hands down the best name I've ever heard for a cocktail. Maybe I'll call my version the Camden Libre. If that's not, like, presumptuous.

It's called Dirty Dave's Old El Paso (named after the guy who mixed it).
This is how you do it:
Bloody Mary salt rimmed tumbler
Cucumber vodka (1.5 oz)
Splash of sweet and sour
Squirt (the soda)
Garnish with spicy pickles
It's seriously delicious. I know it sounds weird, but it's really good. The pickles are from a specific local place and they are kind of sweet/spicy, but they aren't necessary it you can't find ones you like.

The most interesting cocktail I've ever drank would be the Dove Parlour's Green Fairy, which doesn't seem to be on their menu anymore.
