I think I'd probably be the same way if I tried to reread any of it now. I attempted to reread Drawing Blood on a road trip 4 or 5 years ago, but couldn't really get into it and ended up putting it down after half an hour or so and not going back to it.

Lost Souls was always my favorite, but as people have mentioned elsewhere in this thread, it definitely had its problematic elements as far as the rape/violence towards women. I can't help but think if I read it now I'd have a far, far different opinion of it than I did as a teenager.
