I mentioned it upthread, but I buy a lot of panties from Aerie. I also like Victoria's Secret.

I like ones that are kind of frilly, but not too frilly, because then that gets itchy and I don't like that much.

I kind of like boy shorts because the cut is generous enough that I don't have to worry about whether everything is freshly trimmed underneath (it bugs me when hair sticks out of my panties even if no one but me can see it). My current favorites have lace inserts so they're, um, girlie boy shorts.

I have been experimenting with thongs recently, but I don't find them as comfortable as everyone makes them out to be.

me too! bikini style only please. i hate the look of thongs. boy cut is super uncomfortable.

i have a serious obsession with really girly, lacy and frilly bra/panty sets. i have like 30 of them.

my fave pair have tiny koi goldfish printed on them

since my outfit generally consists of black/grey/white/navy blue, my underwear is pretty much the only colorful part of my wadrobe...that noone sees lmao.

Bikini cuts - they're super comfortable and versatile. Thongs look awful tbh (like I said elsewhere in the thread, why would I want to walk around with a piece of fabric in my butt?) and boyshorts aren't that great because they bunch up between the legs. Briefs are a little high for me and I don't want an Accidental Panty Flash.

I tend to get packages panties because it's cheaper. They come in a variety of colors and really basic prints.

One day on the horizon when I get married (I'm chaste), I'll probably have a ball looking for cute and sexy lingerie. XD Right now, though, it's not worth the time and money those would cost.

I wonder if this is what the OP was looking for all along.

Has to be bikini cut or low rise. Usually don't like frilly or lacy stuff because I go to the gym frequently and those tend to ruin easily. As for color... uh, black mostly, and blue.

I love super girly underwear too, with ribbons and bright colors and such. I usually avoid undies with a shitton of lace though. It rips too easily for my liking.

I also enjoy wearing thongs on occasion.

I avoid any other cut that isn't bikini. Especially boy cuts! Boy cuts give me freaking wedgies.

I have a bunch of granny underpants - not nice comfortable brief-cut white cotton (I have never known a granny to wear that) but the really really old-fashioned kind that come down to midthigh or just above the knee. Basically the same cuts as men's boxers and boxer briefs but actually cut to work with women's bodies and women's clothing.

They are SO COMFORTABLE in every imaginable way and I feel sexy because it feels like I'm not wearing underpants at all but it is really really hard to find new ones.

My standard underwear is black cotton, though I have a few really cute one with stripes and polkadots. I prefer regular panties over boyshorts.

I like the girls boxer shorts type, I don't find the standard girls underwear comfortable so I changed types in my mid-teens. I would actually love a pair of Superman(or Batman, hell any superhero) shorts like the one in the picture.

I go commando most of the time, with hardly any problems.(I never wear skirts JSYK.) My panties are the basic bikini style 5 pack kind.

I mostly wear boring comfy bikini cuts, thongs to go with tight clothing, and sometimes I just wear cotton exercise shorts as if they were boxers but I only have a couple of pairs of those.

For myself, whatever is comfortable and on sale. I'll indulge my boyfriend and wear the things he likes, like the lacy hipsters. I really don't care too much about what my panties look like though.

Usually I get the cheap cotton bikini kind that comes in a package of a few pairs. It's the cheapest, and I don't have a lot of money. Occasionally, I'll get some (slightly) fancier ones with lace or cute patterns. Usually from Target or Aeropostale (did I spell that right?).

They have to be cotton, though, and I prefer the bikini style. I have some that go up higher, but they tend to stick out from the waistband of my pants, so I will avoid getting them in the future.

like, I've gained a lot of weight over the past few years and it just made everything feel uncomfy :|

if I could find panties that were super soft and not like tight and weird and icky, I would like them, but I can't.

Everything and anything from Granny panties for sleeping to bikini. If wikipedia doesn't lie to me, Hipster too! Also usually simple but with a bow in front.

I buy panties from Target. Nothing girly, unfortunately. I think it's mostly because I can't buy bras at places like Victoria's Secret (boobs are too big!) so I don't go there at all.
