I think he looks like the lovechild of Loki and Tony. Ice powers + sass? Byproduct of FrostIron.

Now, is anybody else finding the Sandman a bit... depressing? :( After Gaiman's comic, my headcanon for any depiction of the character is... well, Death's brother.
