Those are the kinds of things I was thinking about. Sex is out, but is kissing okay? Holding hands? Cuddling? If they end up living together at some point, sharing a room/bed? Or do they both need their own separate space? Are they both completely without a sex drive at all, or do they both still have one and it's just not directed at other people? And if one has one and the other doesn't, are they going to be freaked out if they look at porn or masturbate? Maybe they're fine with it as long as the other doesn't watch porn in front of them or talk to them about it? Those are all things that need to be decided.

I think you're probably right that it's an important thing for them to discuss, I've just never had a similar discussion myself and have no idea how to go about it. Saying "alright, so I know we're not gonna be having sex, and I'm good with that, but I do like to watch porn and masturbate from time to time, is that gonna bother you?" out of nowhere seems like it could be a little awkward. I guess I'm just not sure how a conversation like that even comes up. Generally I think of what I would do in a certain situation and go from there, but even though I'm fairly positive I would feel the need to have that conversation, I don't have the slightest clue how I would start it.

Like I said in the other comment, I'm having a really hard time coming up with any! I didn't realize quite how sex-focused most of the characters in most of my fandoms were until I started thinking about this.
