What makes one hideous and the other beautiful? They look the same to me (the eye shapes, forehead)

I can't speak to anon's opinion, but even not in terms of beauty, their features look way different to me.

Huh, really? They're totally different to me too. Hiddleston has a very distinctive forehead; Cumberbatch has very distinctive lips. Their eyes have dramatically different shapes too, and so do their noses. They both have high cheekbones, but they're placed differently on their faces..

They don't look much alike to me at all except that they're both Caucasian redheaded men in their 30s.

You must be at least partially blind then? The only similarity between them are the prominent cheekbones.
