Ariel and Eric. The dog and cat person from Treasure Planet. Ray the firefly and the Star. Hell Belle might not have been fully aware that Beast was originally human.

I think that Amelia and Doppler were actually of the same species? The females look like cats, the males look like dogs.

I mean, I think I remember reading it somewhere (how credible it was is beyond me). It explains their children at the end though.
