Well, it was a feature on ComicsAlliance that I read because I used to read Chris's Invincible Super Blog, and he was one of the writers. I found out to my distress that he's best on already terrible comics and shows, and his opinions on Batman can basically never be trusted.

Huh, I never read the Invincible Super Blog. Not regularly at least, I may have read something from there once or twice. I'm pretty sure I read the same ComicsAlliance feature you did, but I can't remember the author.

Yeah, it was the sequel feature to a complete watch of the last season of Smallville, which was golden, and I think also hosted on ComicsAlliance. But then they did 'Batmanology', and tried to claim that Batman and Robin was better than the Burton films, and just, no. The Burton films had a soul. The Schumacher films were cash grabs, and felt like it.

I COULD NOT MAKE UP SUCH FUCKWITTERY AND BLATANT TROLLAGE.

BECAUSE IT'S "CAMPY", SEE, AND WHEN SCHUMACHER DOES CAMPY, IT'S "GENUINELY FUNNY", BUT WHEN BURTON DOES CAMPY, IT'S "INCONSISTENT", AND "NOT TRUE TO THE COMICS". BECAUSE YOU KNOW, NOLAN WAS SO FUCKING FAITHFUL TO THE COMICS.

(I always want to say WHICH COMICS)
