I really want a Zelda game where you play as Zelda. We know Zelda can adventure and kick ass on her own, and she has a tri force, so why not?

I legitimately want a remake of Zelda's Adventure. I know it was a crappy CD-i game, but most of the crappiness had to do with the interface and 'graphics' and Loads And Loads Of Loading Time, and a remake would be really cool okay ;_;

Alternatively, I want SS Zelda to get her own game. Girl manages to get through the woods and Skyview and the mountain completely on her own without capture! And she even points out in-game that she's a student of the Knight Academy, too... maybe a sequel to SS, showing the trials in setting up a new civilisation on the land?

Skyward Sword Zelda was super cute and I'd be up for that. Though really there are a lot of times where we could get Zelda adventuring on her own from any of the games, it could work in TP, it could work in Ocarina of Time (Sheik had to run around for a long time while Link was sleeping.)

Or they could just come up with a new game. I know it's classic Zelda to have Link as the main character because he doesn't talk and the gamer is supposed to put their personality into link, but we don't necessarily need that. As long as the fun game play and puzzles are there I'd be up for a change.

TP would be trickier - she's basically confined to the castle until she and Midna do the whole soul-sharing thing, isn't she? But yeah, if you take that angle with Sheik, it could work. (I prefer seeing Sheik and Zelda as seperate characters, but a game with both of them would be amazing!)

And yeah, true! There was actually just a discussion on Zelda Informer about that - Zelda getting her own game. I'd be good with that.
