lol I've been trying to read Dune for the last 5 years now.

I kinda like Ender's Game but I think it works better as a YA novel. I don't really see much of a difference between Ender and Katniss, for example. I'm still anticipating the movie.

Have you tried any Asimov? He's my favorite classic sci-fi author. Though there's not so much a story as a thin thread that creates his large universe.
