Hey OP, did you miss the panfandom rec meme we had here at FS a while back? Because it turned out there were four of us who do ship it! Plus, looking at the replies above, it seems like there's at least two more :D

Aaanyway, as for fics... I feel so awkward pushing my own stuff, but AFAIK this (http://galerian-ash.livejournal.com/57346.html) is the only Barney/Gunner story out there. And, uh, I might currently be working on a smutty sequel -- which would also double as a follow-up to The Expendables 2. Yep, I might indeed. *coughs*
