In supernatural/fantasy-based fandoms it's no issue, because if vampires/dragons/fairies/angels/ghosts/demons/monsters/whatever other creatures exist, then men being pregnant doesn't seem completely out of the realm of possibility. Or if it's a more reality-based one where it's a weird genetic defect or government experiment or something, they need to at least explain how it works and make it sound plausible. The ones where a guy just magically finds himself pregnant and there is zero explanation whatsoever and no one ever points out that hey, it's kind of fucking unusual for this to be happening, just drive me crazy.

It's hard for me to explain what I like about it so much too. IDK. I just do, I guess.
