HA! I dislike for the exact reasons you *like* it. I hate when a pregnant *woman* is written as sitting around crying and eating pickle ice cream, so then forcing that on male characters who's ability to get pregnant and carry a baby is never really explained makes me *so annoyed*.

I just can't stand it.

I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that i had the most uneventful, craving-free, mood-swing-free prenancy ever, and i have zero interest in reading about mom-to-be-angst. Yes, i'm mean.

Oooooh, maybe that is part of why I do like it. I hadn't considered that before, but I had a high risk pregnancy and I was terribly ill and I did have a lot of the classic preggers symptoms. Huh.
