I sometimes find it a fascinating concept to see a smart author tackle, and it always amazing in humor and parodies, but because it doesn't tickle my fancy in any way, a lot of the popular tropes (like two manly dudes cooing over baby belly and baby shopping hand in hand) that the stories focus on leave me uninterested.

I do like the ones that are angsty or difficult more than the ones that just turn into curtains fic. I'd rather one partner be keeping the pregnancy seeeeeekrit from the other or thinking the other father doesn't want kids or there to be scary complications. I have issues.
