I like it. I dunno, I've always been into mild body-horror type stuff. And when I was a kid and it was on TV, I liked seeing a man find out what it's like in womens' shoes.

And good point! I guess there is a bit of finding out what it's like in women's shoes that's responsible for why I like the trope (even if most mpreg doesn't realistically reflect the pregnant experience).
