I like mpreg, but only as a kink, and only in a very specific way: non-con, and xeno. I like non-con and xeno in general, but I also like slash and forced, so it's the perfect mixture of all of that and body horror that gets me. I wish there was more like that out there, but there's a fair bit still, so I can't be alone in this particular, very specific kink.
