Same here. Write some yourself, OP.

I was never in the fandom, but I'm not surprised to hear it died down, the updates seem to be few and far between. I haven't read most of the recent ones because I'll just reread the whole thing, get a giant update all at once.

I'm not a writer in any sense of the word unfortunately. Even if I was, I always think there's a difference in enjoyment levels between something you have personally written vs. the surprise and unknown elements of someone else's fanfics.
