Notes:
Important: I'm really sorry about this, but I accidentally misclicked and deleted the submission post from last week instead of saving it. Managed to save the first page (25) of secrets, but the rest (about 100 or so) are gone.
If you submitted something last week (Aug 26-Sept 1), please resubmit it here.
The submissions post for next week is below as usual.
Secrets Left to Post: ?? pages, ??? secrets from Secret Submission Post #296.
Secrets Not Posted: [ 0 - broken links ], [ 0 - not!secrets ], [ 0 - not!fandom ], [ 0 - too big ], [ 0 - repeat ].
Current Secret Submissions Post: here.
Suggestions, comments, and concerns should go here.

(Anonymous) 2012-09-03 10:57 pm (UTC)(link)Should parents be allowed to deny science as a cure for their child's illness, and let their baby die in the middle of a prayer circle?
What if the parents legitimately believe that girls shouldn't get an education, and remove their daughters from school? Is that still "the right to raise their children how they see fit"?
And if you can't understand that argument (which was "parents don't know best" fyi), then maybe you'll understand this: enforced learning of creationism looks harmless to you, but it's ruining that child's ability to go to legitimate post secondary education.
