As a child that grew up in an emotionally manipulative highly religious household, I heartily and respectfully disagree. As an adult when I broke away from my parents teachings I was and still am completely unprepared for the real world. I have barely any education I don't know any sciences I don't know how anything works in this world. There ought to be a line. Freedom for parents is all well and good until you realize the very real consequences for the children.

I find that ridiculously sad. However, this secret has a wonderful resource that you may not be aware of: Bill Nye the Science Guy. He did informative science videos that were, and continue to be awesome. Many of them are on Youtube if you're curious about science. Like, 90% of all science topics are at least touched on by him, and his videos are unreservedly great.
