How do you determine what is a "casual game"? Is there even such a thing? imo, a person who spends, say, hours every day playing The Sims, constructing neighborhoods/families in detail, planning and "breeding" their Sims for generations, setting and meeting goals, etc. is a far more ~hardcore~ gamer than someone who spends one or two hours a week playing Black Ops or whatever, and that's it.

A startlingly large number of people, in this font's case. Other notable sources of font rage include Papyrus and the whole "Arial vs. Helvetica" thing.

Oh, some people do get pissed, or snobbish, about fonts.
A friend of mine made fun and sneered at people who used Comic Sans MS in websites or to print their fics that they sent to her. Pretty much in a "That's SO last year, lol" way.

It's a thing in some circles, like graphic designers and, yeah, hipsters.
