This covers most horror movies. Especially monster movies. And especially, especially vampire movies. The last good, modern vampire movie I saw was ironically called "Suck." The rest have been bad or boring. How hard is it to write a good vampire film?

Agreed. In fact, my pick (posted down below) is a horror movie.

oh, "Suck" was great for so many reasons! Between Malcolm McDowell's work and Alice Cooper's appearance, the crazy script and the sheer hilarity... I loved this movie!

Don't forget poor Hugo! The perfect modern Renfield.

Hi descent into the ghoul character was fun! I love the arrows shot into the dark, BTW, altho Hugo didn't... Just an all around good romp.

Haha don't know how I missed this comment because I just posted the same. Horror films are so disappointing because an amazing horror film should really have an amazing story.

But since horror movies are cheap to make and easy to make a profit off of, we just get movie after movie and nothing is of quality.

I'm happy to hear this, since "Suck" has been on my to-watch list forever.
