According to fandom, he is the main character. :) Which works for me - like almost everyone else (apparently), he and his dad are really the only reasons I'm watching the show. Especially the first season - all the Scott/Allison teen drama made me so keenly aware I am not part of the target demographic for this show. Scott's cute and can occasionally be awesome, but every time he almost wins me over, he does something to piss me off. It's a bit of a new experience for me, watching a show where I wish the main character wasn't the main character. I've always in the past tried to avoid shows where I wasn't a fan of the lead(s).
