It's more than a little disappointing for a pansexual species to be introduced and then have nearly all same-sex attraction in the comic be played either as a joke (between male characters) or turn out to be an absolute trainwreck (between female characters).
This is why the Porrim/Aranea in the most recent flash made me so happy. Fuckin' finally, a nondysfunctional same-sex ship!
