Echoing the other posters: Get a new bank. Or, at least threaten to close your account. If you've shown that there should be no reason why your balance has dropped, then your bank should correct your account. If the local manager will not correct the issue or offer an adequate explaination for why your balance is off, then you should contact her manager.

I don't even understand how they could refuse to correct your account if you've shown that so much should be available. If last month's ending balance was $1,000 and only $500 was withdrawn since, then you should have $500. If your account only shows 15 cents then they should tell you where that $500 went if it doesn't show up in your transaction history. (I'm assuming you can see your account history online.) Is it invisible bank fees?

When they've corrected your account, I'd probably still get a new bank.
