I've read one but Harry was OOC and lost his magic. I'm seeing quite a few on AO3 but can't speak to anything quality wise.

Same here. Everything looks like it's happening in Riddick's verse and most of it seems intent on turning Harry into a Riddick Jr.? Which I guess is fine if you're into that but no idea why you would have to import Potter to achieve that.

Cracky pairings are fun to me, I love them. Crossfandom and all. I even love finding how people make it work to the point where I'm getting pretty good at it myself. But I'm having some trouble with this one... how... how would that relationship work out? How does it go? PLEASE HELP, I FEEL LIKE I NEED TO KNOW THIS.

I know, right? They exist in, like, different universes. Galaxies? Times? I want to see how that works.

Oh that's not the part I care about. Different galaxies, universe, time... they're magical/scifi stories, it's fairly easy to come up with a way for their worlds to collide. It's the actual interaction I'm curious about. Well AND how the story would work. But setting it up would probably be the easiest part for me.

Oh, well, that too. But, I still would like to see a plausible reason for them being in the same space besides "Lol, sci-fi/magic."

Is it Riddick in Harry's 'verse or Harry in Riddick's 'verse?

Hmm... if I were the writer in charge of this I'd probably have Riddick in Harry's 'verse. I'd be more interested in seeing how he handles the wizarding world than vice versa. And it'd probably be something like a wormhole + spell gone wrong somewhere = hilarity ensues. It's hard to write this premise without it being outright crack, so... that'd probably work.

Plus I want to see Riddick and Hagrid armwrestling for some reason.

What has been seen cannot be unseen.

It would totally start as this academic interest in his eyes, and eventually about the surgical procedure of a 'shine job' and the like, and then would end up with her being all well shit once she realizes that nope, this isn't an academic thing anymore.

And Riddick, after the whole thing with Jack/Kyra, is cautious around teens. He's protective of them in his weird way, but he does NOT want to get close to any of them. Under any circumstances. Really.
