Oh my god I was so upset that he died. I'm usually not one to yell at the screen "NO! YOU NEED TO FUCKING DO EACH OTHER!" but sometimes a pairing is just too sexy.

It probably doesn't help that both Bruce Willis and Jessica Alba are two EXTREMELY sexy and handsome people. Man, if only Hartigan and Nancy had had kids - they would totally pwn the city. And Marv would so be their godfather.

And their characters were just amazing together. I love 'first love' business like there's no tomorrow, and they played the -chemistry- quite well.... Now I want to see that. It would have been awesome!

While I agree on the terminology, calling OEL "manga" or "manga style" is an easier way to label the art movement that's happening with aspiring comic artists presently. It's like, for example, the differing definitions of "otaku" between the east and the west.

Anyway, I hardly think there's respect to be lost for people getting publishing deals.
