1. It looks like someone exploded a coffee pot on its head. XD (no actually I do like it, but lolol coffee pot head. XDDD)

2. It's why I don't like offline friends on my journal. It's just... creepy. I can't honestly fathom discussing my "OTPs" and writing smut about them offline. No idea why, but it just seem off. Like offline there should be more important things to talk about or something.

4. They're all comic books. I think it's a bit silly to get your panties in a twist over using a term from a different language for it. :\

They're two different worlds, it's awkward to mix them.

I've flat out told my offline friends (very nicely, but still firmly) that they wouldn't like or even know what to do the online version of me. It's not that I have different personalities, but I babble on about slash, porn, kink, other things that would probably weird them out in no small way. I'm the same person, but I have different interests that I pursue in each world.

Luckily for me, I only have one friend that really pursued knowing me both online and offline. It took some getting used to for me, but I'm actually cool with her reading -most- of the stuff I'm interested in.
All of my other friends are easily pursuaded to stay out, thankfully.

I've got two. One that just doesn't care about fandom stuff at all (we just use LJ to keep in contact since she moved away) and one that's into it right with me, but understands that there's a time and place for fangirling. I had to flat-out tell my sister, though, that she wouldn't like the online me and that if she wanted to get onto my friends-list that she'd have to swear she wouldn't think less of me. She couldn't do that. :|

Ironically, no. I've talked to military families, and we move more than them. 8D My father is just a really high-level Executive, and there are only a dozen of his positions in the country at one time. So he gets tossed around a lot. A LOT.

Ohhh, I see. You have my sympathies, then. One of my friends was in that same boat. They'd barely set up house before they had to move again. :\
