Ooh, I agree. But I think the thing that gets me, is that most American-mangaka have SUCH a hard time keeping with artistic continuity. If they applied to draw for/create a series under Marvel or DC Comics, they'd never have made it.

On a side note: I recently saw the front cover for a manga (or so I thought!) that had a picture of MOTHER-FUCKING DAVID BOWIE AS THE GOBLIN KING, done by the same artist of "Alichino". I open it up, and it's... not what I expected. AT ALL. Then I read the cover more closely, and discovered that they only hired out Kouyu Shurei to draw the cover, while a vastly sub-par artist drew the actual series. I was so disappointed.
