This whole thread is illustrative of why this whole situation is ridiculous. What you see here is what you find everywhere: a few people who are fans of Elementary out of Sherlock spite and a whole bunch of people shrugging about the whole thing.

What you don't see is the mythical horde of uncontrollable Sherlock fans spreading hate. Seriously, Doctor Who hate on Doctor Who more than Sherlock fans hate on Elementary.

I was referring to this thread, actually. But yes, I've been on Tumblr.

And I've been on the Elementary tag. And what it mainly consists of are people who are squeeing over the show and a some bitching about the Sherlock fandom. Yes, there are people who gave negative reviews of the show or just said they didn't like it in general. Welcome to the internet; people have different opinions about stuff.
