Re: Your views on concrit

Why do people get mad about anything anyone says on the internet? Because words can hurt no matter how they're presented if you take what's being said or written personally.

Concrit is telling someone they didn't do something right. No matter how you phrase it, you are essentially saying "You did this wrong." Some people don't learn to take being considered "wrong" in stride.

I never give concrit on fics, mostly to avoid hard feelings. I would give concrit if asked by a friend. I'm always up for concrit of all sorts because I like seeing other people's POVs on how I can improve, etc.
