Re: Your views on concrit

I'm like you - I'm pretty serious about writing and prefer to get concrit... though I get why some people wouldn't want it, since I also have some hobbies that I do just for fun and get pissed when people nag at me to do it better. I think people should probably mention whether they do or don't want it to avoid misunderstandings between people who like you and me, and people who feel like criticisms ruin their fun.

The only time I judge authors who don't want concrit is when they outright ASK FOR REVIEWS, and then get pissy about criticism. It's one of my biggest pet peeves when people ask others' opinions and then get mad when those people answer honestly.
