My crack-fic idea: A Kim Possible/Futurama crossover. One day the idea popped into my head, and made a scary amount of sense:

One of Drakken's inventions goes wrong, and the KP crew ends up at the Planet express headquarters. Fry and Ron immediately bond, and proceed to get in all sorts of trouble that Kim and Leela have to save them from. Drakken and the Professor try to figure out how to get the KP group back, but mostly end up arguing over who has the better doomsday ideas. And Zapp hits on Shego constantly, and ends up crispier and crispier each time he does so.

I've actually got the first page written, but that happened over a year ago and I haven't touched it since.
