I feel like if you and your friends still keep in touch on a pretty regular basis and have other things to talk about than fandom, you should be okay! It's okay for you to be in different fandoms; that shit is bound to happen. Just because you aren't in the same fandoms doesn't even necessarily mean you can't all discuss your fandoms together anyway. At least I do with my friends, and they don't mind; they do the same with me.

Anyway, sometimes people grow apart and while it's natural, it can suck. I'm not sure that's the case with you though, and hope it isn't.
