(Anonymous) 2012-09-16 05:10 am (UTC)(link)Though I agree it wasn't mindblowing or anything. Having seen all of the network pilots, I'd put it on my second tear for the new season. Very solid with a lot of potential -- which is WAY more than I can say for a lot of the pilots -- but not great.

For me it was all about potential and JLM, who I really did think gave a notable performance -- one of my favorites from the pilots, which I guess would be the "special" factor for me. But I generally agree with you that it wasn't particularly special overall, other than it didn't suck, which so, so many did.
